my old account was baned 2 or 3 years ago for chargeback then i decided to stop cf . now i started playing again and i wanted to get my account back. i already sent them a ticket and now they told me that i have a permanet ban for hacks -.- how the hell is it possible 3 years ago they told me that it was chargeback and now hack? how? was casper playing with my account using hacks? wth cf?

please anyone who knows what can i do tell me

While I can't comment on your particular case, as this is a public forum, and I don't have the details in front of me, I will say that it is entirely possible to have both a chargeback block and a hacking block on the account. Either way, the account seems to be blocked. It could have been that support saw one block the first time, and another block the second time, but that both blocks are there.

Hope this cleared it up a bit.
