Clan promotions

I don't know if this is a glitch or something, however when I try promote someone it says that I have "over maximum staffs". I don't get how it works but I have 6/2 on the Lieutenant slot. I assume that means I have 2 promotions left?

I even tried to demote someone and still wouldn't let me promote, any help? Thanks

Well if I am right, two places are free, the remainder to be purchased. You may have purchased and have not put the option to use it. Open a ticket in the support and see more about it , because it would be interesting to share the answers about it with the players. I even have time to not go into any clan. The most likely is to be a Bug.

I've already sent a ticket but it'll take them until tomorrow to get back to me. I came here looking for a quick fix.

Where exactly does one find the "option to use it"?

If you purchased the item, he certainly is in its storage, And there you have the option to use it, if you purchased.

In the new clan system everyone lost their bought LT spots, but lieutenants weren't demoted.
In your case this means that you can have 2 LTs based on your current clan rank, but since you had more LTs before the clan system was put in the game, you could keep them; however, if you demote any of them you won't be able to add someone else in their stead unless you demote 5 LTs of the 6 (then you could add one).

This shows the amount of staff members you can have depending on your clan's rank:

You can rank up by collecting contribution points, and the only efficient way to do it is by buying ZP

You can see the amount of points needed for each level in the game. You just need to click on your clan rank.

Well this really and truly sucks.. All that zp wasted on LT spots, thanks anyway for the help
