Clan server delay

This has been an issue for a while now, which whenever i enter the NA clan server ( i live in canada), i would experience a massive delay, it is so bad that every time i finish half of the clan war, i would literally stuck at the room, and fail to join the second half of the game. This never happened in normal servers, i even tried the UK servers. Anyone knows why this happens?

ok, apparently it only happens in NA clan server, since i just tried going in the UK clan server and perfectly fine, no delay or anything, but the ping is not suitable for playing ( around 170 since i live in Canada) so how come this issue only happens in the NA clan server?
