''Connection has been delayed''

Everytime I load a game in crossfire, the download ends in the middle and says ''Connection has been delayed''
I don't know how to fix it, I tried almost everything but nothing, it's always the same thing..
If someone can help me please.

Well, this truly sucks.

If you can, please see if CF is on the exceptions list for your firewall and antivirus (don't forget to check if your router has a firewall). It COULD be causing connection issues
