Xtrap error

Before I reinstall the my Windows 7 64 bit, the game works normally. But now after install a fresh OS, this error keeps coming up:

I have installed the latest DirectX, visual C++ (2008,2010) but that crash still persist. In the error log, there is a file name lameACM.acm, is that the cause?

After removing ACM option in the K-Lite Codec Pack, everything works again. Thanks for your help
