I have decided to cancel this event as i feel the community is not worth the money im using on zp. i tried to help this community but im starting to dispise it as you cant even have a fun game. cause all people want is the zp. This community is greedy and just wants zp.

I perfectly understand your reason and this is also why I wouldn't host events like this. I'd rather find one person who deserves it in my opinion and give it to them.
But that's not how doing events works. You said you would give a VIP gun to one lucky winner and you can't step away without bearing the consequences. All you can hope for at this point is that you don't reach the 40 entrants. To be honest what C4URSELF did was already going too far in my opinion.
Don't take me wrong, I'm not really in the need of ZP, so this won't affect me negatively. I'm simply saying that if you promise something, you should not go back on your word.
I don't know if this helps, but take my entrance to the event like it didn't happen. -

The fake giveaways are real. MODs should start punishing people that do this. What do you want us to want from the event if it's nothing but a ZP GIVEAWAY. Obviously everyone would want the zp since thats the purpose of this. If you're trying to find an escuse to not give the zp YOU said YOU will give try and find another one. People just wanted FREE ZP & VIP weapons all the times. They seem to be pretty much don't care who host the events, the purpose, are they qualify, or think if they even deserve to win.
They just know how to posted their IGN. And that it, lol. -
I know, I am wasting your time, Sorry.
Is there any way to back to your future event?! I know I made a mistake and I must punish on it but not permanent ban.
