Windows 7 basic color/scheme

My friend when he opens the game Xtrap gives him error then he join the game for maybe 1-2 mins then he crash and get this massage .http://www5.0zz0.com/2015/06/21/21/197542814.png


He can't change the color from window 7 scheme to windows 7 basic please please help him he uninstalled the game for 6 times until i told him it's windows error not the game so please give me something to fix it ASAP.

I think he need to optimize the game setting ( he can use "Nvidea" its really good)
To change theme color in win7 :

press right click on the "desktop" >> Choose the last choice >> choose the default theme >> Save / apply.
