I can't understand you.
But all I know that you have to contact with cf support for more info. About chargeback.
No one here will help you with any problem regarding YOUR ACCOUNT.

I would assume that if other chargebacks have occurred, then the amount would change.
Other than that, I can't really tell you.
However, if you contact billing, they should be able to give you more information on your specific case.
