Account recovery succesfull but ticket was closed

Hey Community,

today i sent a account recovery ticket which was successfull. The Support asked me for the new mail address. So now there is my problem.
They closed my ticket so i cant provide them the new mail, what shall i do? Shall i open a new ticket and provide them there the new mail?

Looking forward for a z8games mod reply :)

  • Hey, congratulations with your successful recovery. I am glad you got your account back. Unfortunately MODs do not have the power to access and modify things of this nature, they simply moderate the forums. However they can pass this thread onto a GM if that is what you are looking for. You can PM (private message the mods) to move this thread into a restricted area of the forums which a GM would have access to, although i'm not sure if they do this on request but either way a GM would see it faster.

    If you feel this is taking to much time and you want this to be much quicker for you, submit another ticket under technical support. They should be able to assist you in the right direction even though technically Account Administration would be your best bet however they take too much time.

    Make sure you use a secure email, preferably gmail and have recovery options set on it, like your phone number, alternate email and a good password.
