EMD LAB on hard

I played EMD LAB 3 times then i went to see my zombie record and found that i cleared EMD LAB 0 times. (I checked my inventory and the EMD lab special crates didn't increase) (the normal boss clears was counted)

wow GMs here reply so fast(not like other games). thanks for your time. btw do GMs play in 5 pm EDT ??? couldn't find anyone (was searching for 1 hour).
