Probably not, given that you've owned them for a year now and probably equipped them at least once. Definitely more than once I'd imagine.

The refund option is only for certain items (crates and temporary items excluded) purchased within a 48-hour period. You need to make the request within the time limit from when you first purchased the item, and each account only gets one refund as well.
