black screen

when i log the game for first time first game i join it turn black like that at pic

but when i leave and join again its fixed some times after some games it turn black again

some times not and if i left it online and go out maybe log raidcall or somthing for cw fights i back join get the same screen black any selotion for it plz? i lose alot of exp exit games and join again cuz of it

I'm also having problems of any kind. I Believe game errors are , and then they will fix it. Further about the upgrade again

Than it could be happen that your Antivirus software or your Anti-Malware software

block the client and or closes and shut down the game because it scan aggressive the game folder in the background.
