Charged back for no reason.
(This is my alt account since I cant access my main account)
I got banned permanently for a Charge back which I have no clue how I got. I used to use my PayPal to reload but I have discontinued because I got legitimately Charged back by Z8games )(I sometimes forget to change to my Credit instead of my Debit and vice versa.)
But this time it's different, I WAS PLAYING YESTERDAY (was on fire actually coz its Friday night) I DC'd from the Clan War server and by the time I was trying to log back in. I GOT BANNED FOR CHARGE BACK that I don't even know what gets me it. ALL I COULD REMEMBER WAS CHECK ON THE BARRETT BORN BEAST PRE ORDER THE SAME DAY (afternoon) THINKING TO PURCHASE IT BY MONDAY) BTW, I HAVE SINCE BEEN USING KARMA KOIN TO RELOAD FOR MONTHS NOW TO AVOID THE CHARGE BACK THAT HAD HAPPENED BEFORE. CAN SOMEONE IN HERE ACTUALLY HELP ME? I ALREADY DID FILED A REPORT ABOUT IT BUT STILL, I JUST WANT TO SHARE THIS EXPERIENCE it feels like I'm getting ripped off . I have put some much money already in this game . (5VIPs and few hundreds on ZP crates and items)

This is exactly why you do not play CF. They are getting short on ideas, I wouldn't be surprised at all if they were putting chargeback(s) on people knowing they would pay them at whatever cost. If playing CF is a must, make a new account and move on. Don't pay.

nah bro. its only me that know my account because its against Z8s rules to share account. and I don't have an actually friend that will gift me z8 for free. ( most of them are cheap as hell) lol -

In my case though, I have not used any PayPal transaction since my last legit charge back which was months ago. I have been using Karma Koin as my way of purchasing ZP and we all know Karma Koin is a prepaid transaction(1 voucher = 1 value and that's it). to avoid being charged back again. This is some insane logic Z8 and SGW is playing. I live 15 mins away from their office I want to know if the problem will be solve if I show up in their office with my explanation. -

This is something that I've just reported to the GMs approximately an hour ago. Unfortunately they won't be in the office until tomorrow morning.
I understand that this is definitely, or most likely, an issue with the deposit system. The page itself has been pretty edgy lately and I think they might've overlooked it with a short maintenance, however new problems might have occurred afterwards. Rest assured that this will be sorted out next week. I only ask for your patience in the meantime. -

The million dollar question though, Will the innocent account be release from their impending doom? If it will, man, I got all weeks to wait as long as there's an assurance. I'm not even asking for compensation or anything I just want to know if they'll fix if without involving another transaction. -

Likely, yes. They will investigate into it and resolve the issues with the chargeback bans. -

I believe there is a legit way for getting charge back ban for using PayPal. However, I USE KARMA KOIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A freaken Prepaid Card. No bonus ZP unlike PayPal but it will do for me to avoid it!! ATLEAST TRY TO AVOID IT BUT I AM STILL BANNED FOR IT !!!!!!! -

You must read my report for game ID : , I clearly stated in my report that I have discontinued using PayPal for the way of reloading ZP, I have since using Karma Koin prepaid service for months. Also, I did not say I got ripped off. I expressed the feeling of being ripped off. I have no intention to offend and I'm sorry if you got offended. With All due respect, I can give you the last and latest two(2) Karma Koin I've used on GameID : . -

Yeah because you can't just make up that on the spot and close an account for an old transaction dated years back. When you get banned they don't even give you proof of the faults are we supposed to just go on your word that there was a mistake on our half? Good luck to any of you who believe the crap they spew out. This is just another ploy to get sales faster, even if it means conducting something that is not legal. Thanks to your policy and T.O.S we would never even know the scope of the problem just a blunt definition, not that anyone even abides by the T.O.S around here. Not going to listen to anything you or the new GM's around here say as you are being trained to speak not to actually tell us what you know. They will fire anyone who does not agree with them and this has been made clear in the past, like the rest who were made to walk the plank.

I think you went over board and also I want to thank you for opening this up. I am still looking forward for this game and the system to do the right job. In my case, the innocence associated with my account. I think or still hope that those whose innocent be free and saved from the impending doom that greediness bring us. ( i know that was deep) but still, high hopes for the release of my account without any payment involve. Yes this is what happens with accounts that have restricted access. They are not allowed to use other parts of the website or game at the time of the suspension. Don't pay just make a new account and let them deal with it. By the way remove your LOGIN ID, you can do this by using the edit function right below your post. -

As long as you submitted a ticket then a GM will reply to you in the ticket itself, I don't recommend sharing your user id or discussing any detailed information on the forum publicly. In the reply there will be details on which transaction exactly was chargedback and the amount associated with that transaction.

"Chargedback and the amount associated with that transaction" Mr. Odeeb, I have been using Karma Koin. I discontinued using PayPal because on an Actual, legit Charged back (I sometimes forget to change to my Credit instead of my Debit and vice versa.) After I paid all my debt from you guys, I started using Karma Koin since then. I actually still have the last Karma Koin I've used for my main account. -
