Charged back for no reason.

(This is my alt account since I cant access my main account)
I got banned permanently for a Charge back which I have no clue how I got. I used to use my PayPal to reload but I have discontinued because I got legitimately Charged back by Z8games )(I sometimes forget to change to my Credit instead of my Debit and vice versa.)
But this time it's different, I WAS PLAYING YESTERDAY (was on fire actually coz its Friday night) I DC'd from the Clan War server and by the time I was trying to log back in. I GOT BANNED FOR CHARGE BACK that I don't even know what gets me it. ALL I COULD REMEMBER WAS CHECK ON THE BARRETT BORN BEAST PRE ORDER THE SAME DAY (afternoon) THINKING TO PURCHASE IT BY MONDAY) BTW, I HAVE SINCE BEEN USING KARMA KOIN TO RELOAD FOR MONTHS NOW TO AVOID THE CHARGE BACK THAT HAD HAPPENED BEFORE. CAN SOMEONE IN HERE ACTUALLY HELP ME? I ALREADY DID FILED A REPORT ABOUT IT BUT STILL, I JUST WANT TO SHARE THIS EXPERIENCE it feels like I'm getting ripped off . I have put some much money already in this game . (5VIPs and few hundreds on ZP crates and items)

I hope this gets fixed for you as well as for me. The same thing happened and I as well have put money into this game. I want my account back.

This is an absolute bull to be honest. I discontinued using my PayPal because of an actual legit charged back but I have settled the matters already few month back. I stated using KarmaKoin thats why i am clueless right now on how I got charged back again.

That is also the same case, as the charge back was from KarmaKoin also...

WTH? Charged back for using KarmaKoin? ITS PREPAID CARD. 1 card = 1 value. That's some insane logic. Charged back on a Prepaid Card. WOW.

i got blocked for charge back
I was wondering if you can re check my account as it has again been blocked for chargeback. I paid the the chargeback due back in January and you can see this in my resolved tickets, please can you tell me why I have been charged again for this and the date this happened as to the best of my knowledge no charges have been made that require chargeback. Please check my account and tell me why I am being charged again for this. and please answer me bec. this is not fair to ignore us even the tickets no one answer us .. I filed a ticket exactly a week ago. No reply. what so ever, not even a reason before they give out such charges. I, too, have spent alot of money and time in this game but they way they treat a paying, non cheating, very cooperative players like us is just way beyond disappointing. To keep the business going I believe you need the costumers happy and satisfied. Not like this...
