Banned for $1204 refund

Hello there fellow crossfire players, Rawd here. Some of you might know me as that one LT from the clan XiT Woundz. Recently I have been permanently banned along with several other accounts due to a charge back roughly adding up to a total of $1204. On June 3rd I checked my bank account to find numerous unauthorized transactions on my account i didn't recognize from z8games to me in various amounts of $8.99, $17.99, $49.99, etc. equal to the amount you would pay for different amounts of zp. All of these transactions deposited money into my account adding up to over $1200 of zp purchases over the past 4 years. I started playing this game on this account way back in 2009 and I put countless hours of game play into this account. Suddenly I'm looking at a refund for all the purchases of zp I have made. The transactions were not intentional on z8games part but rather a huge mistake that may very well have happened to other players besides me. So I used my connections to get a message sent directly to a GM to alert them of the issue. Roughly a day later my account as well as any other account I purchased zp on using my debit card was banned due to charge back. I'm sitting here with two options of paying back this money and unlocking these accounts or taking the money and giving it all up. As a veteran of cf I find it hard to give up my account and username that people have come to know me as "Rawd". After such a huge F#ck up however I have lost all faith in this game and refuse to use any money at all what so ever. So if keeping the returned money means not having my main account so be it. Most of the game play now days is sitting around getting killed by invisible hackers and playing against people with intense lag. So while I sit here and watch all of these hackers and high pingers I'm getting slammed with this garbage. So this is goodbye its been a lot of fun I might screw around on an alt from time to time to keep in touch. I urge anyone else reading this to stop purchasing zp from this game.

If you have an issue with your account, you should submit it in a support ticket not on the forum. I also highly suggest not posting anything related to your purchases or transaction details in public.
