disconnected From Server???!!!

Hi everyone
i've downloaded Cross Fire today and in my first login it tells me to choose a server
the problem is when i choose a server it's remains stuck at
connecting to server please wait step 4
and when i wait it says disconnected from server
i have good internet connection and there is no viruses so please support team tell me how to fix it becuz all of my friendz are playing it and i love it please anybody help me

and I have a good internet connection with a ping like 89

sorry i didn't say that but that was my first download of it and in my first disconnecting it said hack tool detected (1) and I've never played the game before i think this should be the problem can you fix it please administrative team and i can make a new z8games account
