Can't download the game

Hello guys...so the problem i have is that when i press to open the download launcher so that i can start downloading the game content..exactly when the bar is loading with a green colour a message appers and says "Unable to create connection.Can you change connection settings and retry?"..Any idea?

The only thing I can think of is that your firewall may be preventing the download.
