My account steal need help

Hello guys , now my account steal and i make a ticket in Account Administration but my problem is they ask me to have 3 pieces of correct account info now i have the E-mail and S/N but i don't know the date of Creation the account cuz simply i can't remember which day i don't know how they ask about this incredible to anyone to remember the date of creation the account .... second i was buying ZP from a company work as a broker and all i know about them that they bring ZP from ONECARD and they was put the codes and i just give them the id and password and Receive the zp i want so i also didn't know Transaction ID , but at the same time i know the first password and i know the IGN before change it ! to eXiT? and i know all chars and weapons in the account and i wrote all this in the ticket and after this they just say we apologize about refusing your request why ??!! i don't know what i have to do now pls help me ....

Bottom line they are your solution. I did read, sounds like you got scammed for your id and pw .

Ok what i have to do nowi just have two provides and they want three i don't know if there something like alternative solution i have the old password "the first "

Ever bought zp using any pre paid cards, paypal, etc? You gonna really have to search for some more proof for them

when i was purchase ZP the transaction ID wasn't be very important to me and i never ask about it cuz i didn't think i will need it one day

can i prov that this account is mine by any additional info ?? like the first password or the first ign or even the ZP black market boxes which i had bought it before ?? i mean anything just anything to prov the account is mine ??

i tried the support team more than once about additional info but they just ignore me and even didn't put any replay in my ticket what i should do with them now !! what i should do to return my account !!

If they ignored it once, sending the same info won't do you any good. Either provide them with the required info or forget about that account.

Also, keep in mind they can't help you on the forum. It has to be done though the support system.

Actually i didn't understand what you mean ) , but anyway i will try to return my yahoo account which made by it my crossfire account by the extra e-mail but now that e-mail is deactivate now i 'm waiting to reactivate it then i will know the password of my yahoo crossfire account and try to find date of creation my account . hope i succeed in this long way

Know the day when your account has been created is very easy, You must have an email that you sent z8 when creating the account. In this email must have the date of creation of the account and the password from your account. If you take print and send you z8, I think you can change anything. If the reclaim be more careful with these methods put zp. Use the page of deposits that is the safest and most viable to buy zp.

Any account related issue has to be done through support tickets to the Account Administration department.

In order to recover your account, you have to submit enough information so the support staff are able to verify your ownership of the account and therefore give it back to you.
