Since many clans have been farming we don't care much about rankings and don't kick for being inactive for sometime, we are pretty older, most of us working during the day time some of em going to school, We have been in Last Ottoman for months then decided to go our own way, I think most important thing is sticking together like a family for long time, we don't wanna kick people or watch them joining & leaving everyday, we aim to play for long term and know each other & having fun together. This is more real then climbing up and pushing people for more&more points among these farmers. However we want to be remembered as skilled and good players so if these terms fits to you, u r pretty welcome among us
