STEP 4 problem!cannot login to game for ever!

Hi, dear GM:
Just wanted to let you know that I cannot log in to my game.
It just stay at "STEP 4" and after a while it goes "disconnect to server".
It has been about 3 months since the first time this happened.
Please help me solving this issues..

I'm already download the crossfire, but it load to step 3 , then error
it says'' failed to connect to server: W[2003] l[0]''
please fix it...

Addon.

Another cause is your AV or Firewall. It's blocking Xtrap and HW from accessing the internet or limiting it. If you have not already, please add CF, the whole folder, into your AV "expection" section.
If you are not using an AV, then simple go to Start>Control Panel>System and Security>[Window Firewall] should be the 2nd option>click on Allow a program through Windows Firewall>Find Crossfire and click both Home and Public option, in case you can not find it - click on Allow another program; find Crossfire and select+add.

My recommends for you is to install an AV, so you have to go through all of that trouble. Or simply (i'm not saying you are), don't use cheat.
