Support ticket not showing up for some reason

I sent a support ticket the other day asking a mod to reopen a week old support ticket, as I thought it had went away, since I could not see it. They agreed, and opened it, saying next time to use the support ticket that was open to ask, but I couldn't ask on it, because I couldnt see it. I only see these three tickets, although I have another open ticket.
