W[2004]l[0] error

It has been a couple of weeks since I could log in.

HGW freezes on Step 3

The connnections with server is disconnected: W[2004]L[0]

I have reinstalled the game. Same error comes up.

Can anyone help me with this? I'm not techie enough to diagnose myself.

Restart your router, turn the router off for 10 secounds, than restart the router, than restart your computer, after this steps try to restart Cross Fire, run Cross Fire (CF_G4box.exe) as Administrator.


If this not work, try this, type / press windows key on your keyboard + R and type into it: cmd
start cmd as administrator and type into it:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset cip.txt
NBTSTAT -RR
ipconfig /renew

Same here, now not only has my ping started spiking from 30 to over 1000 at times, but I'm getting this.
I'm in the uk
Uk server 1
wireless, virginmedia of 50meg
Happens in any GM map.

really getting F####D off now, what is the point in updating with new content when what we have already is a load of pants.
Unable to play now. Could end up leaving CF for another 2 yrs at this rate.
