Game is closing

Almost everytime after a game, crossfire is closing like that and i need to open it again.
If someone can help me fix that problem it will be appreciated

It's the new black screen of death.
It happens especially if you hold down any button near the ending or at the ending of the final match.

No, I still get the black screen of death in game during important moments.

Yea and when your doing clan war and you are getting dc in halftime its not really nice
