Bug in Super Soldier map (party hats)

In super soldier mode, some of the players are wearing party hats (including me). I don't want to wear this hat on top of my baseball hat.
Maybe it's a bug or something, but could you do something about this?

Is this only with specific characters? Can you post screenshots?

There seems to be no rhyme or reason for this and the character doesn't matter. I experimented in some games with one other person and sometimes the party hat was there, and other times was not.
