Not getting event crates

Every time there is an event I do the requirements that are needed to win crates yet i get nothing, the last even with water park I got many kills but no crates and its starting to get on my nerves.

The event ended after 6:30 PM EDT May 9 (Saturday) because many players received more crates than they should have. You were probably just too late.
