Three times just do not check security

That is not correct. We currently only limit email change/account recovery requests for every 90 days.
If you recovered your account and two days later your email is hacked again, you are doing something wrong.

I have seen [GM]Chaosta said that each account can be retrieved if stolen only three times

What about if I sent a support ticket regarding my account. I got to the part where they confirm the new email on the stolen account, and want me to reply to the support ticket to confirm, and can not see the support ticket in the support ticket tab?

I lost my account in 2012 , i started back playing this year & i tried sending a support ticket in with proof of me buying ZP through paypal for my old account i couldn't remember.
They said they can't do anything about it unless i have the login ID and im showing them proof i bought the ZP. So now i have to go back and buy lots of ZP again Ridiculous.
