My old Account....

All right so Im trying to get my old account back and support tickets are being dumb... I DO NOT know the login id... that is what I am trying to find out... and I keep getting generic auto respones cant find the login ID.. well I have a EMAIL from Z8GAMES saying Account date created the security question and answer but you close the thread before even trying to talk with the person.

I hope you realize that it is impossible for a support team to help you recover an account if you don't even know the login ID/username. I would assume you created the account. If it was your account, I would assume you had actually logged in and played on it. It's really difficult for one to not know his login ID. It's literally 50% of your login credentials, your password being the other 50%.

It's like saying you want to return something you bought at Walmart, but you didn't have the receipt. Nobody's going to allow you to return anything if they cannot confirm you bought the item. Same goes with account recovery here, and on other games out there: we really can't confirm you own the account if you're missing an ultra-important piece of account information. Terrible analogy but I hope I got the same point across.

We can have suspicion that you are not the original creator and owner. And that's perfectly understandable. I've gone through that at Riot recovery as well. You need to be able to prove you created the account, which it doesn't really look like you did because you cannot provide a login ID at the very least.

I have the In game name. I have the email. I have the password. I have creation date. I have recovory Question and answer. I do not have login ID. I have the email stating it. but when I try to use it it says invalid.

Sorry but you need your login ID and we are not able to provide it to you if you forgot it.
