Account Hacked - Important informations

I create this topic, because the "my account got hacked" postings never will end :mad: I hope, that I can help you with my informations


I am sorry to read, that you can't access your account. Please don't create a new account to flood the forums. That isn't a solution for your situation. Please read my post carefully.

This are the only reasons, don't try to claim anything else

1. Your account had a very weak password. Your password don't have to be extremly long, it could be anything you want. Something that you can easily remember. But always use Lower and upper case letters + a number as password. To convert your account into a tresor, also put one or more symbols at specific position of the password
Example: sTr0nger_
Do not use that example, lol

2. You did try to use a hack. Hack's contains keyloggers and trojan's that can read and send your password. That's the worst thing that can happen. Especially if you save all your passwords on your computer. You know what I mean :eek: Just don't use any hacks, as you fool yourself by using them. If you lost your account this way, GO AHEAD and change every password of every online account!!!

3. Dont trade your account with anyone. This is forbidden, no matter for what reason. You don't have to wonder if that person sells every weapon or if he does change the password.

4. You did send your login to someone, in hope to get some "free" ZP. There is no way to get free ZP, that's the point. If anyone want's to give you ZP, he could buy it for you using the gift function. So there is no need for any secret accounts detail's this way :rolleyes:
Everyone that does whisper to you in hope to get your password, is a stealer. Think about it. Does anyone, that doesn't have VIP or any ZP items can do any magic for you? This should be logical, or not? Start to ignore those stealers right after they write "you want free ZP or VIP", this is the only way to bring these stealers into to search another, decent hobby!!!! :rolleyes: Only if anyone ignores them, this part will end!

Also, do not trust any website, that offers free ZP.

If you need free ZP, you can get some by using some of your time. Click to deposit (blue button at the top, middle) and choose "Earn Free ZP" at the right of the page.
I know, this is a bit hard. But you support the game this way

If you don't remember your e-mail to reset the passwort, you should create a new account. Then, you can contact the z8games staff using the support system.

You should provide as much details and proofs as possible. This informations can be usefull to gain access again:
- The date when you did create your lost account
- Your secret question
- PayPal transaction ID's if you bought ZP
and anything else related to your account, like your first ingame name (if you did change) or so.

Follow the next informations, if you couldn't proof, who you are. (I am sorry, that sucks I know :mad:) Please try to bring yourself to remember more about your account, payments and recent changes or so

Now, maybe some hours or days ago, you did create a new account. I am sorry If this didn't help you. But you can learn from your mistake. I wan't to show you, what you should do immediately after creating the new account.

Dont be lazy

DO THIS

First, log-in into your e-mail account that you did use to create the account. Now, find and open the e-mail from Z8Games. Print that email. Make sure, that the email date and time is clearly visible.
Turn the paper to the empty side (your email about the new account) and write down your security question.
This is your ultimate physical backup, if everything goes wrong. Stick it to your computer, so that you cant lose it.
When you make your first ZP payment, also write down the payment and time details. And of course, write down any account-spefic change. (Like your ingame name, the password change date or so...)

This only costs you the total time of one 17-Round Hero Mode game. After few years maybe, you could donate some cookies to me, if this easy method did save your accout and time

Dont repeat your mistake, keep your account safe
