This was long ago suggested, and so many times... Dig it up and you'll find a thread regarding this particular situation. -

everyone would trade their duplicates to acquire the weapons they want and that means they won't spin crates which means less profit

There are hundreds of threads like this one that have various ways of trying to implement a trading system, and even balanced ones that Z8 could profit from have all been shot down.
As for returning coupon weapons, I highly doubt that will ever happen.
