I bought zp and now it's gone?

I recently bought zp (20k) I was waiting for a certain hero to come out and now it's gone? Has this ever happened to anyone because I'm pretty mad that I lost 20k zp

    this was along time ago but something similar happened I bought some karambit crates and I was on the last 2 and I got xtrap error and I lost both crates, but since it was only 2 crates I didn't make such a big deal about it, I just said o well "Cf probably doesn't want me to spin for these anyway" :)
  • Hah, my friend tryed to buy zp with paysafecard, so he entered the code, transaction sucessful and everything, but he didnt recieve the zp..
    He asked me what to do, so I told him its probably just the delay, wait a day or two, it will get sorted out..
    He comes to me after a few days, and tells me that he still hasnt recieved his zp... so i end up telling him to send it to support, and do you know what the support did?
    They said it wasnt their problem, and that he should try emailing paysafecard...
    So basically they can take the money, but even if a problem occurs that is on their side, they wont give you a proper support, and look into the problem.
    I havent bought zp either since then.
    Solution? nothing you can do. Until they start treating you as a paying customer, don't buy their products.
  • Same thing happened to me, when the severs went down unexpectedly a while back i lost 10K zp. I sent in a support ticket they said " they couldn't find it in their logs " , i had to go back and buy another 10K zp -_- , That day i was so mad.
