Basic rules
1. Evidence must be given in order to penalize a clan.
2. Penalty points will be given if your clan fails to upload.
3. If one of your clanmembers got caught hacking or is banned from the community then you're forced to kick him out of the clan. If this will not happen, your clan will be deleted off the list.
4. Clans with the same amount of points will be placed alphabetic.

Sub Machine Guns:
• Every GP sub machines are allowed.
• No skins, no VIP.

Sniper Rifles:
• AWM

• No skins, No VIP.

Secondary Weapons:
•Every regular secondary weapon from the GP shop is allowed
• No skins*, no VIP.
*Desert Eagle Crystal from the FP Mall is allowed.

Melee Weapons :
• Every Melee will be allowed
• No VIP.

Throwing Weapons :
Grenades (Basic)
• Frag Grenade
• Flashbang
• Smoke
• No colored Smokes, no custom grenades.

Flash Guard Goggles, Smoke Goggles, Head and Body Armour, Sprays, Extra Magazines, No fall damage.

Extra Bag 3 & 4, C4 Defuse/Setup Kit, Expand Grenade Slots

Single map Elimination :
9 rounds, 1st person, intrusion enabled , spectator on .
Make sure when you make the room, name it as such: [SPL] Name vs Name

Default for NA Teams is North America 5, Channel 8.
Default for UK Teams is UK Server 5, Channel 8.

[For Knife rounds Only regular knife will be allowed]
if ever a team doesn't know about the regular knife rule for knife round simply restart the knife round.

IF NA VS UK
Knife round will be played before servers are picked for the first half but Default server for knife round is on North America 5 channel 8.
Winner of Knife round picks server for 1st half of the map.
Loser of knife round picks the side they want to start on "GR OR BL''
Second half will obviously be in the opposite server .

IF NA VS NA
Knife round will be on default server North America 5 Channel 8
Winner Picks which side they wish to start on.

IF UK VS UK
Knife round will be on default server UK Server 5 Channel-8
Winner Picks which side they wish to start on.

In case of a tie :
6 rounds will be played (3 rounds per half). If the game is still tied, one round will be played as a Golden Round (winner takes all).

Overtime for NA vs UK A knife round will be played in Default North America 5 Channel 8 . Winner of Knife round picks which server overtime is to start on , Loser of Knife round picks which side they wish to start on.

If this match goes to into Golden round players stay in the servers they are, there will be a knife round to determine which team gets which side. Winner of knife round picks side they want to start on.

Conduct:
Unsportsmanlike conduct is not tolerated for any reason. No racism or offensive remarks made repeatedly. You are allowed a grace of two PER TEAM before you receive deduction of 1 round per offence.

Boosting:
1-man boosting allowed ONLY. No one way mirrors. No boosting onto buildings rooftops (IE: Port GR side roof).

Glitching:
The use of exploiting positions and/or advantages unintended for the play of game are prohibited. IE: Entering Boxes, glitched bomb plants, smoke glitching, etc.

General Regulations :
15 Minute grace period after scheduled start of DEFAULT match time. If they do not have at least 4 players, they are automatically disqualified. No exceptions will be made.

Pauses :
Each clan will be allowed to pause 2 times during or before the match . Pause Duration : 15min max but can be more depending on the situation .

Roster Changes : Not allowed anymore.

Match Results :
If you won your match just open a new thread in Clan Discussion and Recruitment in z8 forums ps; the thread title should be [example:"[SPL] 4EVERus Win vs ??"] and post the score and ask : Any disputes ? Recording:
YOU may only ask for ''2max'' players from the opposite clan to upload bandi per match.
Bandicam recording with sound is a MUST during the match and uploaded to the Clan Discussion and Recruitment in z8 forums if asked on the match result thread from the opposite team captain. If you win you can not dispute the enemie team. We need to be able to hear every single noise that comes into your headset including every VOIP voices.
If a player doesn't upload his bandicam recording on the match result thread his team is subject to disqualification.
Recordings must be at minimum requirement , or it is an invalid recording.

Clan Rule :
All 8 members that are participating have to be in the same clan this is mandatory . This will make the Clan ranking list more organized with the points given.

Cheating :
Any player caught cheating on bandicam will be banned from ANY SPL events for one month, starting the next calender day. Any attempt to bypass this ban will result in a full year ban.
