my acc blocked reason
limited account to use only biliing services (charge back)

i quit game from a long time almost for 90days i didn't login then when i back to game when i try to login i found my acc blocked
limited account to use only biliing services (charge back)

but i don't know then i send 10000 tickets and still no gm or support or anyone answer me please anyone answer me why my acc blocked?

Send a support ticket to Z8Games, fill it out correct and send it to the right department*. (*billing / purchases department)

This can happen when you use a credit card something around that style to purchase zp but you don't pay for it when the bill comes. Hope this helped; please don't hesitate to submit a ticket under Crossfire>billing/issue>enter email>Subject (Chargeback) Support team will send you a reply stating how much money you owe + Bank or something like that Fee. Be Polite! Z8team has to reply to many others and are usually always busy, I doubt they'll help you it if you treat them with disrespect.

Everytime when I look into the Technical Support Forums, I can see dozens of soldiers, that did a mistake and lost their accounts...
