More of a Gift Card problem.

Here's the deal , i've bought a Gift card from Cashu's store that said 100k ZP for 79.99$ ( i made sure it was for this server) , But i'm not sure where to insert the Code i've received. I've tried the redeem button next to the Support Button on the crossfire's homepage but they said that the code was invalid so i wasn't exactly sure if it was the right place to put it cz it wasn't all exactly much clear And in the deposit option , prepaid Cards doesn't contain the Cash U Option , However i still had around 20$ in my cashu account so i tried buying It directly from the deposit option in E-Wallet / CashU Option and i was able to buy the 17$ Option for the amount of 20k ZP , So i realised i made a mistake by buying the gift card from the Cashu Store , so what i'm really here for is asking if there's anyway i could not lose the 80$ i've already paid for a gift card i can't use..

1- Is there anywhere else i should/could put that code i've got to receive my ZP ?
2- I've already sent a support ticket but it's probably gonna take a while for someone to assist me.(even contacted The CashU Services) And obviously i'm more than excited to get my VIPs so i'm probably violating some rules by creating this thread , desperation is my motive.

Any thoughts people ? :-(
PS: I'm not the guy to throw money at any game , but i've been playing for 4years and it was about time i got a VIP , Way to go. :-| (You can see i'm being polite :at least not using Curse Words: that alone should speak about how desperate i am.)
