Invalid User Name and Password

I have had some trouble with my account information lately. I can no longer access to my other account. I used my email to reset my password but after I reset it I try to log in with my new password, it always tells me "invalid username and password." I just changed my password and it is saying the password is incorrect. The username is 100% sure correct, but I don't know what is going on.

AND DON'T ADVISE ME TO SUBMIT A TICKET PLEASE, I HAVE DONE THAT, AND THEY REJECT ME WITH AUTOMATED EMAILS ALL THE TIME.

If someone can please help me, then that will be greatly appreciated.

Please check if that Cross Fire account really belongs to this registered Email account.
Maybe you make a mistake, think about all your registered email accounts and start a new try.
