hgw game watcher error

When i try to open the game, it gets to the HGW Game watcher. and it only gets to 10% then it stops working and i get an error message. Is the problem on my side or yours? please fix this if you can!

The problem excist only at your side.

- Add the CrossFire program and the entire CrossFire folder to the list for exceptions of the protection-programs on your computer like firewall and antivirus! Close all unnecessary programs in the background before you start Cross Fire.

If Cross Fire still not working, try this:

- Uninstall Cross Fire with this free tool, make a deep registry scan: http://www.iobit.com/advanceduninstaller.php and clean your pc with this free tool.
After you have uninstall Cross Fire from your pc, download the latest official client here: http://crossfire.z8games.com/downloads2.aspx
Than install Cross Fire again.

i have turn off the firewall, no anti virus, but my CF HGW game watcher stops only at step 5, i'm waiting for at least 10 mins but no message followed. stucked up . i try and i try but the same thing. please help

Than it could be happen that your Antivirus software or your Anti-Malware software

block the client and or closes and shut down the game because it scan aggressive the game folder in the background.
