[WCA] Match times notice for 4/28 and 4/29

Just wanted to give the remaining teams a heads up.

We would like all teams playing game 1 to be on at least 30 min before their match time.

For game 2 matches we ask that you would be on before the end of game 1 so that we can start game 2 quickly without having take a long stream break.

Consider the default times:

7:30 EST for GAME 1 Players
8:30 EST for GAME 2 Players
