Ugh not again..
Yesterday I was playing a GM match then [MOD]Pain joins. Some brazilian players asked him if a Brazilian server would be realeased, he said that it would be soon. I tried to convince them that he was joking but they refused to hear me out. After that, they asked Pain round after round, when this server would be released, so annoying -_-'' -
funny, I know it's not us that created the program (VIP) and this is not exclusive to Brazil many people around the world use this type of program, the truth is that you will find better than us and when they lose to a Brazilian you say he did not play clean but used cheater feel that we are not able to play well, sorry but if you play with some Brazilian players you will lose ugly

There hacker in all countries, what happens is that as players from abroad give more money for games like this are not easily banished, and as the Brazilians do not spend money here are banned more easily, regardless if they were all worthy and clean played the game would be much more cool!

While the BR server might be a good idea, it's gonna have to wait a LONGGGG time. Plus, it could also turn out REALLY bad with all the BR Hackers in one place, wouldn't that make you Ragequit over half the games you go in?
