weird problem with 3rd person view crossroads

all i can see is the regular view with a overpowering view of the back of their heads and i cant turn around heres a screenie

yeah, this happens to me too, but strangely, only in first person, it's fine in first. and it happens in christmas too.

I think it just happens if your unlucky in a room. I have had this and moved rooms and its gone.

I don't think its anything to worry about even tho it is annoying.
