Way to use Razer Cortex without getting kicked for hacking?

Hey guys, first of all I want to say that I don't have the best PC ever and my fps is always around 40, when in more intense situation 25. I tried to use the Razer game booster but always i get kicked from the game and it says "Hack tool detected" I just want to ask if there is any way I can use the Razer Cortex or there is just no way to boost my fps. Thanks in advance.
