MM server connection failed only on na1

Wondering if anyone else is having this issue, i can log on and play in any server except for na1. ive been playing on it for the last 2 -3 weeks since i started playing again and now it just freezes at step two and says mm server connection failed, but i can log back on and play in any other server.

Please contact support and submit following information:
- Error message (screenshot)
- Date since when you experience the issue:
- Location: (city/state/country)
- IPS (internet provider):
- IP address:
- Operation system: (Windows version)
- Channels you cannot connect to:
- Channels you are able to connect to:

For further troubleshooting please restart your modem/router and try to obtain a new IP address, or try to login CrossFire from a different IP address, for example from a friend’s house, and let us know if you have the same connection issues. If so, please note the IP address so we can report the issue further.

You don't need to post the information in the forum, but we at support need them for our report.
