Error after trying to purchase ZP

So I bought 100k ZP through PayPal and went to purchase another 100k and I got a message saying "an error has occurred please try again late. the transaction is not successful." And every-time I try it again i just keep getting the same error. Is there a limit to a certain amount that you can purchase? Or is it something I am doing wrong? Please help A.S.A.P.

As far as I know you can only buy 100.000 ZP per day ( 24 hours ) for security reasons.

zombie is right and sometime it can be up to 48 ( 2 days ) if there were any patches or maintenance
