Not Sure try this
http://www.overclock.net/t/1551659/storm-knocks-power-out-xl2411z-stuck-in-burn-in-mode
"The burn in option is in the factory menu.
But I don't know how to access it on the 2411z.
You power off the monitor, then It's a two button combination + power on at the same time, but it's not the same two buttons as on the XL2420Z and 2720Z.
On the 2420Z, it's button #3 and #4, and press power on while holding down buttons 3 and 4 (they are "Enter" and "Menu").
But the 2411z's primary service menu and factory menu are a different button press.
It's either button #1 and #2, button #2 and #3, or button #1 and #3. I'm really not sure.
One of the solo buttons +power on will activate the service menu with the strobe duty/phase/single strobe settings.
The two button combination will activate the factory menu.
The monitor will not power on if the wrong button combination is pressed.
If it's done correctly, the "eye care" logo will be bypassed.
For the first service menu, only the eye care logo will be bypassed. The input selection popup will still appear.
For the second service menu (factory menu), both prompts will be bypassed." -
ive tried but still no solution ;/ thnx tho
Try this..
"Got monitor out of burn in mode by unplugging the power to monitor then while holding down the power button on monitor plugged in the power cord to the monitor all while it was connected to a running computer. Was able to turn the monitor off with the power button. When I pressed the power again the burn in mode was gone and the monitor was displaying what was on the laptop computer."
Found this here: http://www.fixya.com/support/t1112775-turn_off_burn_in_mode_botton_monitor
Also found another, someone with the same monitor
"doh!
Figured it! When in burn in mode on 2411z there isn't a sequence you just power on and use the menu button; instead of getting the normal menu you get the service menu. use the buttons to tab around and turn burn in off. Then the blur buster tool sees the screens.
No idea what the original reply was for probably another model.
Anyway I've answered two threads with the correct solution with regard xl2411z upgrade. Please search my posts."

So why didn't you? Cause you suck. Get off the thread if you don't want to help. Also how else do you do research? Off the top of your head? I thought not. Everyone google searches.
Call me old fashion, but I do like to do research from books in the library. -
