Spain SnD fps problems.

When playing spain snd i get much lower fps than usual.
In every other map i get between 150/220 fps with out any stuttering or mouse lag, but when playing Spain my fps drops to 60/70 and doesnt go much higher than 130. And its not only the fps thats bothering, i also get some sort of suttering and mouse lag. When it gets really bad i even hear sound stutering when i pull my ak47. Even when the fps is 100+ it sometimes feels like 20/30. The stupid thing is that when i die and spectate someone i get my normal fps back.
Its also strange that it gets worse the longer im in the map, like the last half of a 13round match is like unplayable.

I play battlefield 4 at medium/high with well over 60 fps and peeking too 150 even but this map in cf is to graphical demanding? think not...
Oh and my specs:
CPU: FX8350
GPU: R9 270x
Ram: 2x4gb
Game is installed on an SSD

Has anyone else had problems with this map in particulair? Any tips or things i could try to fix this? Any help is apreciated.

The map is unoptimized, my fps drops hard there.
