Cant recover my old account! Help!

Hello, I recently got into Crossfire again, and I forgot my password for my old account. I tried to recover my account but whenever I enter my email it always says-
"System error :: send token error, email"
I dont know whats happening. Help would be grateful. :)

  • i have the same issue whit my main account! but the support dosent understand! they say,and i try to recover my password but says same thing to me!

    As stated before, if you get an error while resetting your password, please wait - passwords can only be reset every 24 hours.

  • I apologize for the confusion. "System Error :: send token error, email" means that the password reset email could not be send either because the email is currently not registered, or the password was already reset within the last 24 hours.
    If you send a ticket to account Admin at http://support.z8games.com, the team can check if the email matches the records.

    The response you received clearly shows that your email was changed within the last 90 days. So how about what I said before:
    "System Error :: send token error, email" means that the password reset email could not be send either because the email is currently not registered
    Your email might not match the registered email on the account.
