Recovering my account!

hello, i will just be short on words, i left the game for a really long time and now i decided to come back knowing that i forgot my pw, i logged to my registered email to check for z8games letters containing my login info, i found my id which i already remember even after so long , but it didnt let me login cause of faulty login info surely the pw..., so i tried to reset my pw using registered email address but the PROBLEM is.... everytime i write it and repeat it again then press Submit an error appears "system error :: send token error, email" and i dont get any message in my email inbox at all, so i would like to ask for your kind help, but actually the problem here I have submitted a ticket to Crossfire supporters and nobody answering me!

be patient and wait for the z8 games to answer you it takes a long time for them to answer so be patient it will take them about two or three days to answer

Yea maybe wait like 1 week and hopefully you'll get it back.

Dafuq, why do we accept to wait this long for technical help, are you guys really ok with this????? I demand someone to recontact me immediately!!! i rate support in this site "eggs out of 10" .

and after all the wait they answer me, quoting " that they perma banned the account for hacking in the period that i wasn't even playing in the account, it was someone that somehow managed to hack me when i abandoned the game and obviously used cheats, and they still banned the account even though they have full knowledge of the situation, didn't know that a big company like z8games has this ignorant generalization kind of view, but what do you expect from a game this bad anyway. pffff any mod lock this topic

Please be aware that the support team only answers during the week and our offices are closed on the weekend and major holidays.

i have the same issue whit my main account! but the support dosent understand! they say,and i try to recover my password but says same thing to me!
