i exchanged 15 coupons but i did not get the axe for 30 days

i exchanged my 15 coupons for combat axe for 30 days but i did not get it. and i won 10 and it wasn't applied to my account please fix it.

i really like this patch.
finally a good new mode for the game.
you should make the same mode but every round team side changes.

my crossfire wont work after the update. like it says disconnected from game. then i wait a few minutes get on. then it says hack tool detected. i am not hacker. why is my account not allowed to be in a game that i very well like. if z8games doesnt fix the problem, i might quit the game for good
