Can't Login !!

Yesterday my friend change password from his account, and when he's try to join .. [Please check loginID and password]

then he's try to rest password .. and he's do it ,
and try to word new password [ Your password has been reset. Please login now ]

but cant join again .. :cool:

Any help!
