FPS drops 200-0.2-10fps

FPS drops 200-0.2-10fps i can play csgo on highsettings high rez just fine all day i come and try crossfire it drops randomly just wondering if this is a normal thing or its just crossfire

well randomly it does jump around FPS ranges but only because the intensity of the amount of shots, ppl and all thats going on...

but it should be dropping below 20.....nor 10.....
im usually in the 120fps range but lately my laptop has been crapping out on me so im like ranging from 23-80 fps which is really annoying....after a while it will start going down like its tired.... lol so my fps would be like 20-40-50

it really does suck but i have to update my Cpu (Ram and GPU)

intergrated graphics suck
