I think i got everything but why does my little brother have the m4 liberty for 4 days and I for 14 days?

I dint get my royal creates because apparently i dint finish the smg kills, i finished all the others and for my smg kills i was probably only 2-3 kills off , because there was no tracker i'm screwed is there anywhere i could complain, and maybe still get my creates?
