Fps drops.

Hey there forum people.

I've had stupid FPS drops every 30 seconds in-game although my laptop is pretty capable and it used to run the game perfectly. But recently it's not working as intended and a lot of FPS drops and game crashes. I reinstalled my OS and made sure my laptop is clean of viruses.

My Laptop Specs:

Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-520M 2.44Ghz
Graphics Card: nVIDIA Quadro HD NVS 3100M
Memory/RAM: 4GB DDR3 SDRAM 1066MHz
Operating System: Windows7 Professional 32-bit

Any suggestions on fixing this?
Knowing that I run the game at the least options. Like 800/600, 16 bit, disabling all the effects..

@ 1.) Max. Amount of Memory: 512 MB. You need a better grafic card / grafic chip processor.

I always wondered what's the difference between 32-bit and 64-bit. I'll keep updating to 64-bit system in mind. And I got a cooling pad and the problem was just the over-heating. It's been working perfectly since I got that pad. Thanks for your help!
